The
Tenax is a solitary Frigate under the command of Brother Captain
Xaver of the Scythes Fifth Company. He leads a very small band
of survivors, whom narrowly escaped the destruction of Sotha,
only to be flung far out on the Eastern Fringe. Today, they shadow
Tyranid
scout ships and perform counter insurgency operations against
Tyranid infiltrators on any worlds they suspect to have been marked
out by
the Tyranid fleets. All the while seeking out other survivors
and artefacts of Sotha. Over time the small Frigate has seen much
modification; namely increased defensive capabilities and an additional
ventral mounted turret. Hobby wise, the members of the Tenax are all modelled in Truescale. Matching the apparent scale at which Astartes loom over a common man of the Imperium. Currently I have modelled Ardan, the Scout and Brother Stavus, a recently recovered survivor. More will appear over the coming months as I flesh out this small band of Sothans.
